Experience : 5 – 8 years
Qualification : CA
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Having a good command in Direct & Indirect Tax, TDS & GST Returns
- Deduction, deposition of all taxes
- Preparing special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
account information and trends
- Attending Audit queries and resolution
- Review and Control of Balance Sheet Accounts
- Review Information for Annual Statutory Reporting
- Projects, Funding and Reporting
Designation 2 : Sales Executive
Experience : 3-4 years experience in Real Estate Sales mandatory
Qualification : Any Graduate
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on project and amenities.
- Site visit & presentation.
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive In Real Estate
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
